On a special note -- I'd like to point out that John is a great guy. His positive tonality and re-assuring body language as well as a willingness to build rapport and be straightforward was really what I was looking for in a buying experience. This man called me after a survey mad because I told the TRUTH of what happened on the survey. He claims I was supposed to lie and say the issue was resolved because he threw some money on it. Then he tur TRUTH of what happened on the survey. He claims I was supposed to lie and say the issue was resolved because he threw some money on it. Then he turns around and say you wasnt entited to anything but initially said that Ford made mistakes and didnt give me the discount that I was supposed to get starting with the dealer which is 899 should have only been 75. Either way he called to let me know he is angry that I am extorting him for money, which is not at all true because I have not asked him for a dime and I have not called them at all and they keep calling ME to get me to change the survey. And the survey lady asked what was I expecting I told her what I was expecting and she told him and now he is calling me asking me why am I asking for more money. I did not ask for anything. I was asked what was the amount that I feel I was supposed to get. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT ELDER. GO TO ANOTHER FORD. More
