Arianna was very helpful throug I went to Elder Ford after visiting several other dealerships. Great customer service started before I even got there. Arianna was very helpful through email and phone calls. When I arrived I was welcomed promptly and my appointment was acknowledged very quickly. I was also impressed that a manager came over to welcome me within just a few minutes of my arrival. I’m used to seeing managers toward the end when a deal is trying to be made but having one introduce himself from the start is a great touch and huge customer service points. Especially after visiting a dealership where I left without a manager even saying hello. I had several vehicles to look at. Ben was very patient and helped me by explaining the different features on each vehicle. They were also very prompt in appraising my trade in. I did not plan to buy a new vehicle the day I went there but I was very impressed by the way they treated me and how they attended to my needs. Thank you very much to the entire Elder Ford Team. More
