I had been doing online research for approximately five months in hopes of finding a suitable vehicle that met my wants and needs within my budget. Not only did this dealer offer the best internet price of any dealer with a 300-mile radius of my house, they also were willing to extend that pricing to me two days after that price expired due to work-related commitments. John Weicherding was quick to return calls and was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process. I have been a Ford customer the majority of my life and nearly had to resort to purchasing a truck from another company for financial reasons; however, this dealer went the extra mile to guarantee the price and payment John offered me via phone so that I could confidently drive over three hours to complete the purchase. More than 2 months and they still didn't install the hitch They are nice to you till you pay them, after that.. FORGET! I paid in full my new car and was suppose to go back in 2 weeks to install the hitch. Thi They are nice to you till you pay them, after that.. FORGET! They dont call me back to give an ETA, they just don't care. It's written on my receipt about the hitch!! So NEVER, EVER buy from them, and if you do, don't pay cash full amount... they are not very honest going through with their word. If someone knows a lawyer, I'm looking for one. More

So easy and pleasant to deal with!! We went to several other big dealerships in tampa and around tampa but all of them would not work with us. We almost gave up until I decided to give one last try at Elder Ford. From the second we arrived we was treated like royalty and the salesman Tom Strickland and manager John Elderage was so polite and put no pressure at all on us and they wanted our business. Our credit is challenged being maxed out on our credit cards and we had a loan on our trade in that was more than the trade was worth so we had to put the negative equity on the new loan. All the other dealerships turned us away saying they didn't want to or couldn't make a deal work because of the negative equity but Tom and John made it happen. They really had to work extra hard to get the deal done and we couldn't be happier with Elder Ford!! The whole experience was great and they have a great snack room with premium teas and coffee plus snacks. We will only buy vehicles from elder Ford from now on and I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again for the amazing deal!!!! More
