I came in contact with dealerships and salesmen in the South Florida that completely lack professionalism and respect. I noticed that Elder Ford of Tampa had a truck that met my needs. Mr. Weicherding called me and understood my situation. Being from South Florida, I was always apprehensive of his cooperation and willingness to accommodate me. I gave him a verbal commitment that I was purchasing the vehicle. The night before my son and I would take a flight to Tampa, Mr. Bouchoucha contacted me to ashore me that he would have everything in order once I arrive. The morning we arrived, we were greeted and everything was in place to concluded our purchase. I was truly grateful that; one the truck was not sold the night before, two the vehicle was as the photo portrayed, and three financing was reasonable. I rate my experience a 5 star. Staff begin a yelling match on the parking lot on how to handle my delivery. They begin yelling at each other and use extreme profanity (F-word) my child with Down syndrome is sitting in the passenger seat witnessing this unfold. After another flight 10 days later the vehicle is ready again for delivery but I waited 6 hours for the refund and the response I get from Mr. Tucci “oh I thought you left” I tell him you’ve walked past me 4 times. This place is just plain unprofessional and if you can purchase a vehicle some place else do it! More
