Do good work terrible customer service I called for a recall and the woman that booked the appointment was curt and rude. After some back and forth I booked it for 7am the following Wednesd I called for a recall and the woman that booked the appointment was curt and rude. After some back and forth I booked it for 7am the following Wednesday. I showed up at 6:55am and was shown to the desk of my service advisor. About 10 minutes later I was told he was running late. At 7:30am after watching the manager walk by me sitting there 5 times and hearing the other service advisors screwing around up front I finally walked up and asked if any of them could help me. 5 minutes later I was taken care of and out the door. It was really frustrating to watch 3 or 4 different people that were doing nothing walk past me and not offer to help until I got upset about it. The cherry on top is the same manager that walked past me 5 times in the morning asked if there was anything he could do when I expressed my frustration while picking my car up. It's amazing that me letting him know he wasn't going to get perfect survey results is what it took to wake him up. More

terrible service department 7:00 a.m appointment at 8;30 had to find service rep to get update (they have a text your rep system to get updates but if they don't answer your text 7:00 a.m appointment at 8;30 had to find service rep to get update (they have a text your rep system to get updates but if they don't answer your text you go hunt them down) at 8:40 he tells me they were putting it on the rack now, this is a commercial vehicle that is why I made appointment two weeks in advance.to be first. When I complained he said the mechanics don't start till 8:00 so I asked why do you have 7:00 a.m appointments ,no response, service manger called to follow up and left a message I returned his call 3 times he would never call me back again .
