Dan - we spoke on the phone on October 22. You told me you'd speak with Jim and call me back, but you never did. Jim has not responded to my emails or the messages I left with the body shop receptionist. It's unclear to me based on your response whether you read my review. If you had, I'm almost certain you'd remember our conversation. After two shops, three months, four visits, and five loaner vehicles, the only item that remains is to correct an improper strut installation done at the Elder Ford collision center. If you're interested in rectifying my negative experience, I'll get that done at a competent shop and send you the invoice. If that's not a palatable solution, I've accepted that I'll have to pay for it as the cost of dealing with Elder Ford. At this point, that's a better option than bringing my truck back to Elder Ford for the fourth time.
