Very friendly Was helpful and friendly. Quoted me lower price on oil change that ended up incorrect (honest mistake on salesmans part, was not angry with him at all Was helpful and friendly. I’m not going back I had an appointment and I waited at the front desk for maybe 10 minutes before I was helped. I left my car there for the oil change and came back lat I had an appointment and I waited at the front desk for maybe 10 minutes before I was helped. I left my car there for the oil change and came back later. He tried to sell me new lug nuts on my 2016 Ford Fusion for $200 which is definitely not needed. Then they patched my tire because they found a nail in it and charged me for it. I have a road hazard warranty on my tires through pep boys which would have made that free. I was pretty disappointed and when the dealership reached out to me they said a manager would contact me to make it right and I never heard from anyone. I just moved from Lakeland and I might just drive to Lakeland ford for my service since they are so nice and I trust them a whole lot more. More

She got me in a rental until the parts where in and contacted me as soon as part I had the air bag recall on my 09 fusion. Toni took great care of me.
