Purchase of 2018 Mustang GT I have been dealing with Elder Ford for about 10 years now and have just purchased my fifth vehicle from them. The deal they made on the new Mustang a I have been dealing with Elder Ford for about 10 years now and have just purchased my fifth vehicle from them. The deal they made on the new Mustang and the valuation they made on my trade in (a 2013 Mustang) far exceeded my expectations. I worked with Maurice Rojo once again and he made the deal simple and painless. I told him what it would take to make the deal happen and, once again, he went beyond what I asked for. The whole process took about 2-3 hours. I have dealt with every department at Elder (Sales, Service and Parts) since I first started buying my cars from them and they have never left their dealership anything but pleased. I look forward to buying a new Edge for my wife in the very near future. More

New truck Truck not fully detailed and had to return to address blemishes. When first returned issue wasn’t fully covered with service felt by salesman and he was unreachable so we had to come back again to have problem fixed. Price online was slightly misleading. Salesman misquoted pricing figures a few times so had to download and pull up an auto loan calculator myself. Wait for paperwork and detail seemed excessive, especially for the quality of the detail work. Heck, there was a hairbrush left in the drivers side door. Finance guys talked up some numbers then came back higher than discussed and we had to start back over with a different guy. The whole situation was more complicated than it should have been. In the grand scheme of things we’re happy with the truck but the experience definitely could have been better. More

We had to come back a different day and the tech who fixed the truck did it on the spot and did a fantastic job. More

Great customer service I went in for the recall on my f-150 and I had a minor trim issue that wasn't part of the service order. But, the service manager Toni tracked one dow I went in for the recall on my f-150 and I had a minor trim issue that wasn't part of the service order. But, the service manager Toni tracked one down and had it replaced as well. Not to mention it only took and 1.5 hours. It's the small things that go a long way thanks Elder Ford. More

Even though Ford has a documented fix for this exact issue. I now need to bring the truck back in, for a third time, to hopefully have the issue resolved. This is not very considerate of your customers time. More
