Great customer service I went in for the recall on my f-150 and I had a minor trim issue that wasn't part of the service order. But, the service manager Toni tracked one dow I went in for the recall on my f-150 and I had a minor trim issue that wasn't part of the service order. But, the service manager Toni tracked one down and had it replaced as well. Not to mention it only took and 1.5 hours. It's the small things that go a long way thanks Elder Ford. More

Problem not resolved My brand new F150, with only 4000 miles has been in for service twice and the issue has not been resolved. I knew how much I could spend, and simply asked Rafael for a "ballpark figure" to see which car I could afford. Eli joined us, and after my test drive (to make sure the Fusion would fit into my garage) figures were quoted, and when I returned the following day, papers were signed. I am still learning how to work all of the new buttons, touch-screen, etc. but have been invited to return to the dealership to ask questions, an invitation I've already accepted once. Everyone I met at Elder Ford was friendly and helpful, and I'll definitely recommend them to anyone else contemplating a new car. More
