Great customer service From the second I pulled my car up I received great customer service. Michael was gone at the time but the the other gentleman helped me out. Left my keys with the receptionist & she was friendly also. I’ve had a bad experience here before. Thankful for giving them another chance because they have improved! More
Used car Went in with my daughter to buy a used car. Found the one she wanted. She had a trade in that was crap and we knew it. KBB said we might get $640 for Went in with my daughter to buy a used car. Found the one she wanted. She had a trade in that was crap and we knew it. KBB said we might get $640 for it. Dealer offered us $500. Ok. But, then we saw a “Refurbishing Fee” on the offer. What’s this, I asked? Bill says it’s to fix up the trade in so they can sell it at auction. What?! No, I say. Bill said, oh no you don’t have to pay it, we’ll just roll it in to the total. NO! I say. I’m not going to pay you $1840 to fix up our trade in so you can sell it!!! 4-5 offers later they finally removed the “fee”. Otherwise, great experience. I’m recommending them but as with any car dealer you need to do your homework before you go and don’t be afraid to speak up. They want to make a sale as much as you want to buy. More

He actually listened to me and really helped me get the car I wanted. He gave me good advice on which route I should take with the car I chose, and what would be best for me. Martin made sure that all my questions were answered. He let me know if I didn't understand something he would be glad to explain, which was tremendously helpful.
