2016 Ford Escape transmission hum We noticed a hum between 35 and 40 miles and brought the car in several times. After each visit, we were told they could find nothing wrong and did not hear the hum. The 4th time we brought in the car we met Marty Heiss for the 1st time. He assured us the problem would be solved. He kept us apprised of the situation every 3 or 4 days and finally the mechanics found the problem. It took 3 weeks, but it is finally resolved. I believe it was mostly because of Marty's diligence and interest in us that we finally got the matter resolved. You should have more service personnel like Marty.Thanks again Marty!! More

Johany is Not the Best Communicator I had Johany as a service rep. I asked for him to call with an estimate once he had one and we could decide to move forward. Not only did he not call I had Johany as a service rep. I asked for him to call with an estimate once he had one and we could decide to move forward. Not only did he not call with an estimate. He didn’t call at all. I received a text later in the day saying that my car was ready for pickup and THEN he answered me, via the text portal Ford offers. I tried calling him, honestly, five or six times. I spoke with two different service operators and they couldn’t find him either. I didn’t even get to speak to a manager because even THEY were nowhere to be found. I’m glad my car got fixed and the cost wasn’t out of control, or else Things could’ve gotten out of hand. I hope others aren’t left in the dark like I was. Avoid Johany. Seriously. More
