Undisclosed Prices and hidden fees. Purchased the vehicle on 8/25/18. After going home and reviewing the finance contract, the numbers were not adding up and I realized that I was missi Purchased the vehicle on 8/25/18. After going home and reviewing the finance contract, the numbers were not adding up and I realized that I was missing the dealer breakdown of the price. I called Slim for a transparent explanation of the numbers on the finance contract and he reassured me that I bought the car for the price that was disclosed to me and that it must have been some “warranties” that I would be able to cancel. On 9/3/18 I went down to the dealership to get a breakdown of the price and to cancel those “warranties” that I supposesedly purchased. Ryan ( I don’t know his position) came out to look at my paperwork. He seemed to be confused on how the numbers were not adding up. He also seemed very confused on why I was missing the dealership breakdown. After asking him for the dealer breakdown paperwork that I never got, he printed it and came up with an “Auto Butler Fee” of $995 that WAS NOT DISCLOSED to me and that’s why the numbers did not add up on the finance contract. Being a first time buyer, I feel like I was taken advantage of, not fully understanding all the prices and not being made aware of the prices at the point of sale and finance. More

Arrived at 9am and did not leave till after 12 noon. Over a 3 hour wait to change a tire. I arrived at 9am and did not leave till after 12 noon which made me late for work. No one should have to wait that long for service! Even with a 1030a appt my car was not even taken back over two hours later. I went for two things but could tell they were busy so asked them just to look at my tires as my pressure light kept coming on so wanted to check that I didn't have a leak. I supposedly needed a new tire, so I got one. But it should never have taken almost 5 hours. I didn't leave there until 315p...that was just plum ridiculous! This was not the first time either, when I got an oil change earlier in the year with an appt it took about 3 hours. More

Customers must see their individual service “rep” in order to pick up their car. If the rep is off that day, they assign you to another rep who has to find your paperwork and check you out. Not a timely process Also, there is. $15 charge for shop supplies on top of the fully burdened labor rate. One would expect these charges to rolled up into the labor rate, but not at this shop.
