Would strongly recommend another service center. I recently bought a car from elder ford and wanted the windows tinted as part of the deal. Which the sales department was phenomenal. But then I had to schedule a appointment with a Andre the accessory guy. Which no one can get ahold of, left two messages and a email nothing. Manger of sales called to make sure everything was okay and I told him the situation. And once again he came through and made the appointment that the accessory guy failed to do. So I show up for the window to be done tens minutes early. They tell me two hours tops. So I’m waiting and waiting. And long story short it took 4.5 hours because they accidentally put a walk in ahead of me. I was so angry. The assistant manager was very nice and asked if there was anything she could do to make it up to me like free oil change or something. There’s no way you can replace my wasted time. There is absolutely no explanation. There where others who where angry in the lobby as well. I have never had ANY problems with any Nissan dealership. I think this will be my last ford. More

Exceptional Service I recently moved to Tampa from Clearwater and have been a loyal walker ford customer. We’ve bought four cars in the last 4 years between my wife and I I recently moved to Tampa from Clearwater and have been a loyal walker ford customer. We’ve bought four cars in the last 4 years between my wife and I. After receiving a flat tire, I brought my Explorer to Elder Ford since it was on my way to work. Not only was every employee pleasant and helpful, but, the dealership itself was immaculate. Not only was my tire repaired quickly, they also washed the truck before giving it back. A++. More
Service dept review I had a 10 am appt. for an oil change and a tire patch on a Saturday. Was told it typically takes about 1.5 hrs to complete this task so I told me wi I had a 10 am appt. for an oil change and a tire patch on a Saturday. Was told it typically takes about 1.5 hrs to complete this task so I told me wife to just stay home and I would wait. 2.5 hours later the job was not complete and they still had to patch the tire but was now told the tire could not be patched and I was already telling myself never again. I asked Mike Bragano if they sold my same tire so I could purchase one and he informed not only did they carry it but he was installing a new one as we speak at no charge for my patience and apologized over again and said he was not charging me for the oil change. Mike turned an angry never returning customer to someone who was very grateful and even had me offering to pay for the oil change as the tire was kind enough. He denied payment and not only will I always come back but tell everyone how kind Elder was even though we all know sometimes things are out of our control. Thanks Elder and thanks Mike Bragano--I have purchased my last three F150 from you and will continue as you have been first rate in all depts. More
