Neglected as a customer I scheduled an appointment on Saturday for my truck to be diagnosed. I was told that I would have to leave my truck and would be notified on Monday. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday for my truck to be diagnosed. I was told that I would have to leave my truck and would be notified on Monday. By Wednesday morning I still had not been notified. I had to leave a message for my rep, the assistant manager. I also left a message at the service desk. I did not receive a call back until 4 in the afternoon. I asked to have the quote emailed. The email never came. I left several messages over the next couple of days. Finally I personally go in on Monday to find that the assistant manager quit on Friday morning. The service manager met with me. Toni did not seem very knowledgeable. She could not explain why I was not contacted. She could not print my quote correctly, and had difficulty deciphering part numbers. I guess the service manager position is an administrator position, as Toni did not seem to know much about cars. Maybe that's why the assistant left. The service department could not diagnose the problem and Toni actually suggested that I leave my truck again! The only thing they got right was not charging me for the diagnostic. I will never go back. More

Amazing Service Above and Beyond We had to bring my husband‘s Ford F1 50 for service due to an engine light issue. Marty and Miguel were incredible with taking care of our needs and We had to bring my husband‘s Ford F1 50 for service due to an engine light issue. Marty and Miguel were incredible with taking care of our needs and also entertaining our children while we had to wait. We needed to be sent home in a rental car and Marty/Miguel made the transition easy and smooth for our family. The car was ready in the next morning with no problem.
