Efficient, professional operations I knew a specific vehicle was in stock at Elder and made contact via their website. Ethan Brandt promptly got in touch with me and agreed to meet at a time that fit our schedule. We met up and he had everything ready to go, and was perfectly polite. Test drive done, he threw some numbers at us and we did the same back at him. There was the usual "What can ISO to get you in this car today?" spiel. It's fine, we expect to hear that line; it is a car dealership after all. We reach an impasse, and head home. The following days feature some over-the-phone back-and-forth as Ethan does the intermediary thing between us and his managers. During this time he was just the right amount of communicative: enough to keep us informed, but not so much that he became annoying. Eventually we agreed to a deal. Not as low as I wanted, not as high as they would've preferred. Oh well, that's how it goes and I certainly feel I got my money's worth. They worked efficiently to get things done and send me down the road quickly due to other appointments I had, which was appreciated. Long story short: Elder Ford treated me well, Ethan in particular was effective and professional, and I recommend this dealership for getting down to business without most of the usual xxxxxxxx.
