Happy new car owner Haider Fayiz was my sales associate and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, answered all my questions, and took us on a test drive while pointing out all the car's features. After the sale was made he spent time setting up bluetooth features with my wife's cell phone again explaining various features. The sales manager,Trey Hill, periodically checked with us to make sure everything was okay and offered to answer any questions we had or to address any concerns. And finally, the Finance Manager, Nacer Menouni, exceeded my expectations in resolving an unique auto registration issue ... the DMV had sent me new plates which had to change since they were 10 years old ... but I was unaware that new plates were in the mail ... and finance person had transferred the old plates which were no longer valid. It was a mess but Nacer resolved the issue with his perseverance. The team at Elder Ford was excellent in all respects and I am very happy and will continue doing business with you. More

I went in to trade in a car I hated and blow through my entire 401k cashout, only to walk out with the lowest car payment I've every had, a great extended warranty and oh yeah...a FREAKING AMAZING car!
