Service has been great I miss getting coupons in the mail. I don’t want things in my email and I haven’t seen anything like it in there anyway. Robo Rivera Our car just happened to almost break down a day before we were planning on going for a short trip. When we took it to our mechanic, we were told it would cost almost $500 and that there would probably be many more repairs needed in the future. So we decided to stop by Elder Ford just to browse. We found a car we liked, and Robo was sent out by the manager to help us. It has been quite a while since we purchased a vehicle. I must say we were extremely impressed that it only took a little over 2 hours to drive away in our new car. I HIGHLY recommend Robo. Not only was he overly personable and caring, he was also very quick to get us approved with a monthly payment that was actually lower than what we had been paying for our old car. The car was pre-owned but well taken care of, and it's almost like it's a new car. The purchase also came with a lifetime warranty and many free perks - like free car washes and on-site oil changes and special air for the car's tires, etc. It was truly a smooth and hassle-free experience. We are very satisfied, to say the least. More
