Customer service ever My car was there for two and a half months I could not get an answer out of my service advisor about what was going on with my car all he would tell m My car was there for two and a half months I could not get an answer out of my service advisor about what was going on with my car all he would tell me was I don't know! When I was called to pick up my car they had not done the oil change on it so I had to wait the rest of the day to go get my car and I'm not sure that the oil was even changed the sticker on the inside of my window is still from the previous oil change all of my hoses under the hood were loose the mechanics never tighten them back up I found tools under the hood because they were in such a hurry they left their tools behind they treated me and my car like a piece of garbage! With the exception of the guy who was in charge of my loaner cars he was very nice and tried to be very helpful and answer my questions. When I called to check up on the car I was told that I would get a call back in 10 minutes because she could not find my car in the system and that woman never called back the worst service ever!! More

Michael Bragano the Quick Lube Manager was as great and my truck was clean when it returned to me with the drivers seat and floor protected not to mention a very modern and comfortable waiting lounge with great seating and desks to work at if needed. I was approached by staff a couple times while i was waiting to make sure i was taken care of and if i need anything.
