Lots of room for improvement Took our car in for oil change and to look at the battery issues. We picked up our car and was told the oil change was done and they found nothing wro Took our car in for oil change and to look at the battery issues. We picked up our car and was told the oil change was done and they found nothing wrong. Later that day our car was making a strange sound. We opened the hood and saw that the oil cap was not on. Needless to say oil splattered everywhere. The car began to do the same things previously. Took the car back in. We just picked it up. We were told that we got another oil change and the executive wash (inside and out). Also told nothing was found wrong with the car. Well, are car looks exactly how it did when we dropped it off. I really hope this is not the executive cleaning. Under the hood still looks like a mess. The only positive is the gentlemen that handles the loaner vehicles. He was awesome. More

The most expensive headache you could imagine I am a first time buyer who was recommend to Elder Ford of Tampa because of their good service and "Certified Cars". I purchase a Ford Fiesta in cash I am a first time buyer who was recommend to Elder Ford of Tampa because of their good service and "Certified Cars". I purchase a Ford Fiesta in cash , and was sold on their 100 point inspection, and lifetime warranty. It took me four hours to do the paper work and a few days to realize this has been a TERRIBLE investment. Two weeks into us driving the car it begins to shake profusely and I immediately took it to the dealership voiced my complaint and took a bus back home... When it was time to pick up the vehicle we were told that this "Ford Certified" vehicle that we paid in cash FAILED the transmission test. Before driving off our mechanic told us its "perfect" and we wouldn't be experiencing any more issues at all. Five days later the "fixed" car no longer starts, and are mechanic apparently quit. I had to get a tow truck to send it back to the dealership for another repair! It hasn't even been a month of me owning the car the"Ford Certified" car has had TWO MAJOR issues. And all the reps seem to be confused, and giving us mixed information. Yes this is a review for Elder Ford of Tampa, not some cheap dealership that you see in late night infomercials. More

Poor Service and unprofessional Two of the times I've taken my truck to Elder Ford for service it has been damaged. The first time my driver door was damaged and had to be repaired a Two of the times I've taken my truck to Elder Ford for service it has been damaged. The first time my driver door was damaged and had to be repaired and repainted. The second time, I took my truck in for service to get an oil change and tire rotation, and to have the recall on the door rods/cables taken care of. The tech got grease stains in 3 of my seats and on my headliner. They took it back to detail and the grease stains did not come out. Now I have a 2015 FX4 with stained seats. More
