Experience was wonderful. Everyone is super nice! This dealership was amazing! When i first got there i was in a horrible mood as I was having car trouble and was on vacation from Tennessee. At first i was only there to get a price on how much it was going to cost to fix my power steering and then from there, the manager himself came up to me and asked if I had ever thought about trading my 2013 Fusion in. At first being in the mood i was in i wasnt really wanting,to try much of anything all i wanted was my car fixed. We sat down and started talking and immediately i felt myself already feeling better and we weren'tt even 5 minutes in yet. Shortly after he brought over the sales man Heider i believe was how you spell his name. Super friendly and sweet and not to bad on the eyes either. Needless to say Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. They made it more of a good time than just trying to make a deal. There wasn't a person in that dealership that didnt stop and talk to me. I think by the end of my experience there I probably talked to or was intoduced to more employees than not. It really is a fantastic place to buy a car! They went above and beyond to help me out in my crisis and made it a very personable experience. I may live in Tennessee but I will definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends that are looking for a new ford. More
