Shocked with lies and bad service Watch for this dealership, be careful going there 1- they sell a car and deliver another cheaper one, you need to watch the vin# and stock # 2- they Watch for this dealership, be careful going there 1- they sell a car and deliver another cheaper one, you need to watch the vin# and stock # 2- they promise a delivery date, they never keep 3- you are lucky if someone return your call or answer your e-mail after purchase is made 4-they will call you only to beg you to do a nice report on Ford.com 5- when I threaten them to bad report them on ford.com I received an email from Ford thanking me for registering, they beat me to ford.com and registered on my behalf 6- they sell you accessories, they keep original parts, rims, tires, hood, grille etc, etc you are entitled to have them, they promise discounts but pretend to forget with final statement 7- they tell you something, they do something else, complete unprofessionals, they throw each other under the bus, they claim the parts guy is an outsider and not an employee and an independent insider, what kind of a shame is this? A guy have an office in the middle of the show room, have a business card with the dealership name, 8- you have to fight for Ford rebates listed on Ford.com, they will try to convince you all day that true rebates are less than ford.com and what’s listed online is false In my entire life, I have never seen or will ever see anything like this They admitted over charging me by selling me a different car secretly, I’m still waiting on the refund check, it’s been few days, they will hear from my council in few days if I don’t get it I will not only stop buying from this place, I will never pass by or drive on Florida ave ever again More

Good service department I had an overall good experience with the service department. The advisor kept in communication with me for the most part. That's when he informed me that my car was not ready and it would take another day before I can pick up the car. More
