He stayed in touch until our scheduled appointment. Since James knew what I wanted he made sure I knew about every feature the vehicle I was considering had. James was not pushy while I was researching my options and making a final decision. Once a deal was reached and while paperwork was being completed for the purchase, James made sure I did not have any questions, was polite and friendly and kept good conversation during the entire process. While signing my paperwork, Ken H. was very helpful also and gave me additional information I was not aware of. I would definitely refer individuals to them and the dealership. Simply Exceptional I was not looking forward to having to deal with the whole car being experience. Which for me was generally long day(s) with pushy sales people. Brayd I was not looking forward to having to deal with the whole car being experience. Which for me was generally long day(s) with pushy sales people. Brayden was my first point of contact upon arriving at Elder Ford. He was polite, friendly and not pushy. Beyond that, what set Brayden apart in my experience was that he actually asked specific questions about what was important to me in what I was looking for, then actually tied the vehicle he suggested in to why it was a good fit for me. He wasn't just trying to sell me a car, he was fitting a car to my needs. Rod came to speak to us as well and talked about what makes Elder different that other local dealers - family owned and focused on the customers needs. He actually encouraged me to think about it as I mentioned I was researching other dealers. He was confident in the service they were providing, and in the end, he was right. I went to two other Ford dealers in the area, and no other dealer cared about me as a buyer and my specific needs. Brayden wasn't actually in the day I decided to come in and close the deal, so I was referred to Robo. Even though he wasn't my original salesman, he treated my like I was the most important customer of the day and took the time to be sure all of my questions were answered. Christian was also very helpful in helping expedite the process. I could continue on about how awesome these guys were... but I'll finish with saying they have a customer for life, and I'll be sending anyone I know that's in the market for a new vehicle their way.
