Awsome Experience I live 2 miles from Mullinax Ford in Apopka and over 100 miles from Elder Ford in Tampa. My phone conversation with Elder Ford in Tampa made my decis I live 2 miles from Mullinax Ford in Apopka and over 100 miles from Elder Ford in Tampa. My phone conversation with Elder Ford in Tampa made my decision very easily to drive the 100 plus miles. I was very glad I made that decision. My sales rep. name was Demitrius, he alone with the sales manager and finance manager was so awsome during this process of buying a 2016 vehicle for my daughter. Horrible experience from service all the way to GM Terald Ho We bought a used vehicle from them and later found they knew about mechanical problems it had. They convinced us to take it to their service departmen We bought a used vehicle from them and later found they knew about mechanical problems it had. They convinced us to take it to their service department for repairs. After a lot of run around and deception, we had to take it to another mechanic to repair it and we then found they had driven it 30 miles and ruined the engine while it was in their care. The GM was extremely rude and deceptive and despite admitting fault and saying he would help with costs he had not done so. More
