Held my keys hostage when asked for them back. Told me Gap insurance would be covered... Wasn't. Asked multiple times if my amount financed was $35,500 (est), when I got into finance it was $40,00 Told me Gap insurance would be covered... Wasn't. That was no. And then the key guy only gave me options from 9a to 3p, Monday to Friday. I work for a living. Now I have 3 USBs out of 4 that doesn't work. Was told to call service who pushed me to seller adviser and she doesn't work weekends. Will take me another 3hrs to get that fixed since I live an hour away. Nothing has been easy. More

Part price needed, price at dealership was one price and across the street at oil station I was quoted a different price. My tires have nitrogen in them and there machine was not operating and just put air across the street at oil station I was quoted a different price. Did not even notify me of this until I noticed that one of my nitrogen air caps was not put back and a rubber cap installed instead when I got home. And your waiting room At dealership has been changed without any TV now. How much is a TV to make your customers comfortable during their wait time!!! More
