I will never buy another car here. I purchased a 2015 Nissan rogue on 2/16/2023 that had a blue certified sticker and should have been ok but when I had driven it about a week and went I purchased a 2015 Nissan rogue on 2/16/2023 that had a blue certified sticker and should have been ok but when I had driven it about a week and went to fill it up with gas I couldn't put but about 2 gallon in this kind of alarmed me so I took it back to the dealership and told my sales man about it and he thought I just didn't know how to fill it up. Well he tried and couldn't put any more in it than I could. He told me to make an appointment for service so I did When I took it in they told me I had to take it to Nissan because they didn't have anyone to work on it since it was not a Ford. Well when I took it to Nissan they checked it out and asked me if I had been told the car had been in an accident and said no. So on top of the gas thing the suspension had a problem and needed fixed also. The problem with the gas was the gauge was messed up and didn't register right and they would have to order a new cluster panel which is on back order. And once they order it I couldn't drive my car so they would have to keep it until the part came in. After a month of waiting they still had not received the part and had to let me have my car back until they get the part. This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car and I feel that after all this I over paid (cash) for this car So therefore I give your dealership a 0 rating. Elder Ford is doing precisely what vehicle service should be. My Edge needed an oil change. I had no appointment and it was no problem. I was in and out in under an hour. Luis took care of the oil change promptly and ordered new tire from Orlando. Supplier delivery delayed so tire was not available next day. But as soon as it was delivered Luis called to let me know to get it tire from Orlando. Supplier delivery delayed so tire was not available next day.
