Arnie was very rude and made me feel like I was an idiot when I had to bring my car back for a third time because something was not working due to the original service I came in for. I paid a lot of money t when I had to bring my car back for a third time because something was not working due to the original service I came in for. I paid a lot of money to fix my car and the fact I had to bring it back several times because things had to be fixed is absurd. I live 30 min away and I had to take off from work, rent a car since service took so long to fix two different times, and spend gas and time away from my family. More

Unfortunately will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend getting your car serviced here.. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I went here for the first time to have my check engine light diagnosed. “Made an recommend getting your car serviced here.. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I went here for the first time to have my check engine light diagnosed. “Made an appointment”. They kept my vehicle for four days and ultimately told me nothing was wrong, just that the gas cap area needed to be cleaned. While I was relieved it wasn’t a major issue, four days without my car felt excessive. Unfortunately, about four days later the check engine light came back on, so I returned. I was told it would likely need to stay overnight, but three days later I received a call saying it would be a $700 repair. At that point I agreed, as I just wanted the issue resolved. Another three days passed, and then I was told additional repairs were needed totaling +$2,900. I declined and asked them to reinstall my original parts so I could pick up the car. They informed me they no longer had the original parts. I agreed to proceed only with the initial $700 repair. After more discussion with the service manager, who offered a small discount, I ultimately negotiated the price down by $1,000 after multiple conversations because I still needed my vehicle repaired. Five days later, I was notified the car was finally ready. Picked it up and asked for my original parts (of course they did not have them). Everything seemed fine at pickup, but about a week later I checked under the hood and noticed the engine cover had not been reinstalled. I reached out to my service advisor and never received a response. I feel like I got got. To go from nothing is wrong with your car to almost $3k in repairs makes you think the people there don’t know what they’re doing? Or I’m just a sucker? And to not give me my original parts? Like did they actually do anything? AND it’s wild how much you have to negotiate with these service people. Felt like I was buying a car just to get my car “fixed”. Fast forward 2 months later my check engine light is back on again. I took it in again and they said it would be another $1,080 in repairs. Something they should have done the first time but failed to. They charged me $257.94 after knowing and showing them the problem before I arrived. I'm not sure how you could feel good about yourself with doing business like this.. Nicole Dobbs insisted that I had a rodent living in my car and this was causing the issues. I believe they never fixed the issue when I brought it in 2 months ago. I GOT SCAMMED These people unfortunately have no idea what they're doing and are scamming their customers. More

Nicole was amazing. Great communication! Unfortunately the price of parts and labor is ridiculous. And Ford cars in general are not made as well as they should be/ used Great communication! There is no reason for transmission issues with such low mileage on a car. More
