Jennifer Perez is the sweetest service manager advisor there is. I brought my car in for a recall and we both thought it would be in the shop for a day or 2. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, my car is still there is. I brought my car in for a recall and we both thought it would be in the shop for a day or 2. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, my car is still there! She got me a loaner vehicle for the entire time so I didn't have to pay for Uber or Lyft. She updated me almost daily to let me know how things were going and would always call if I had questions. It wasn't her fault that the mechanics in the shop were taking so long so I don't fault her for that at all. The mechanics on the other hand are a different story. When I brought my car in, it worked fine and I had no issues at all whatsoever with it. I just brought it in because it's the responsible thing to do when you get the recall notice from Ford. Just for a recall, they wanted to charge me almost $6,000 in repairs/updates before they would proceed with the recall. After 2 weeks in the shop, not a single thing was done to my car! I was not happy with how they handled the recall at all so I took my car back. It has worked fine and driven just fine with no issues since I got it back so I will probably not even get the recall done. Jennifer was really great and her customer service skills are superb. Give that girl a raise! More
