We took our 2020 Explorer to the local Ford dealer for a recall. They claimed that they couldn’t perform the work and it would cost us $950 to fix it. We then took it to Elder Ford where we originally bou recall. They claimed that they couldn’t perform the work and it would cost us $950 to fix it. We then took it to Elder Ford where we originally bought the Explorer. 90 minutes later, we were driving it back home to Sarasota. I wish we could give more than 5 stars for Elder Ford’s service! Elder Ford help me through a very difficult transition because my vehicle needed a part that was on backorder and the longer that I drove the car without the park the more damaged the car got.
