Elder Ford help me through a very difficult transition because my vehicle needed a part that was on backorder and the longer that I drove the car without the park the more damaged the car got. Seems you just added stuff without first talking to me about it and like a fool I signed the paperwork and then when I had time to read it I realized what he had done. When I came to pickup up the car it was blocked in on all sides. My assistant had left for the day so I had to wait for some one to help me. I stood in there for 20 minutes while the girl that was suppose to sides. My assistant had left for the day so I had to wait for some one to help me. I stood in there for 20 minutes while the girl that was suppose to help me was on a personal phone call. Finally I ask for a manager to assist me. It took another 30 minutes for the staff to try and figure out how to get my car out of the car jam it was in! A five minute pickup took an hour of my time. More
