Caleb was polite, but it took much longer than I expected to get out of there. Good news is, the people there were all nice, and I was smart enough to have a book to read while I was waiting. Only reason Caleb does not get a 5* is despite being told I drive less than 7500 miles/year (meaning per my Mitsubishi owner manual, I need an oil change every 6 months), I was forced to make an appointment for an oil change at the 3 month mark. I'll be rescheduling that, as I'll still have well under 1000 miles on my car at that point. I will instead get an appointment for sometime in April since 29 April will be 6 months since I bought the car. More
