Dealership is very rude and unprofessional ..when the bank didnt finance my loan, I reached out to financing and sales to have my down payment returned to be told that out of $2000, $672 is being return bank didnt finance my loan, I reached out to financing and sales to have my down payment returned to be told that out of $2000, $672 is being returned.7 was told that out of $2000 , $672. I am upset about that and waiting for corporate to contact me to give me resolution on why I'm being charged. . I have never experienced a situation like this where they get their vehicle back within the 10 day time frame after bank didnt finance loan but yet and stillI cannot get my $2000 back without being told that I'm being charged $1400 and no explanation on charges but nobody could tell me exactly why I'm being charged. I have had the sales manager hang up in my face, I have been given the run around for several weeks about my money and so now I am putting it in the hands of corporate since they have reached out to me. The dealership is clearly trying to run a scheme on me for some reason I really hate this but they have been very unprofessional. In the beginning they were OK to work with after having me at the dealership for 10 hours and I thought that we were going to do great business together however, after me turning in everything that they needed to process the sale even though there somehow was a glitch on my behalf, everything that they needed to process was given to them sell but they told me that the bank didnt approve me which I find kind of odd because the same bank that I use for them I was able to get approved at another big car lot and they processed my loan with no problem. I don't understand why everyone is acting inhuman and act like they cannot assist me. I have been hung up on, no one wants to handle my call and it's not like I'm being rude I just want my money back. At the end of the day I'm just a angry consumer trying to figure out why my deal didn't fall through and now I am told that I am out of money for something that I don't even own or purchasing. Overall, Elder is a cool dealership, the atmosphere makes it easy to be there but my problem comes from the people i was working with. I was supposed to receive call back from the general manager and I have yet to receive call but I'm so thankful that corporate is now stepping in to assist me further so anyone that's gonna do business with them just make sure that contract 1st before proceeding buy i didn't think that i would be going to this and I just thought everything was gonna fall through i saw no reason why it wouldnt after everything was produced but since it didn't that's fine I just would like to move on and get my $2000 back. I mean I am a single parent and grandmother and at the end of the day I work hard for my money And the last thing I want to do is legal action to get something that is so minor resolved and i dont wanna. deal with a dealership where management will hang up in ur face and not wanna help anpotential buyer when u still have their money and customer has no car.
