The only feedback I have for you is to learn to honor your word. When you tell someone that is driving a long distance to come see one of your vehicles that it will be waiting for them, stick by it and don't sell it out from under them while they are traveling there. It was a little less than an hour from the time I emailed and said I was on my way to the time I arrived. Your employee said sounds good, it will be waiting for you when you get here. Wasn't the case. Please tell me how that's any different than if I had already arrived, taken my test drive, and someone else sold it while I was filling out my paperwork? Sounds silly when saying that, but that's basically what happened. That vehicle should have been off limits until I got there. And secondly maybe get someone in charge that when they get called out for their pathetic "business move", they don't tell your customer the email you sent back confirming it will be there doesn't matter because it didn't say the words "you promise" it'll be there. What are we, four? Would it also not have counted if the employee typed that out with one hand while his fingers were crossed on the other? That's a cowardly, scum bag move, and for that to come from the general manager's mouth absolutely blew my mind. That tells me he has no interest in customer service, just that he gets his money coming from somewhere, and doesn't matter if he screwed someone over to get it.
