Before I went into law enforcement for 33 years, I was a franchised dealer service manager in the early 80’s. Im familiar with how dealers operate. I was considering buying a new Ram before going to Florida. $15,000 off list seemed a little ridiculous to advertise, but I got the response I expected. I’ll continue driving my ‘14 Ram until I find a new one. I’m not in the military, not a student and probably not eligible for other discounts. I do have perfect credit (for the financing discount) and I’ve owned over 200 vehicles. I’m sure by the time I’m back in December, these won’t be available. Here in Florida they also have ADP or Any Dumby who’ll Pay sticker adding $7000 for mud flaps, pinstripes, special wax and believe it or not, ambulance service! 🤣 When xxxx freezes, I’ll walk into a new car dealership and buy a car that’s actually in stock and being sold for the advertised price.

Christina, My husband contacted you prior to leaving reviews and you were of no help, which is why we left reviews on every possible platform so that customers can spare themselves the massive inconvenience. Expecting someone to be without a vehicle for 2 months and lying constantly about the return date is inexcusable. After reviewing the reviews on better business bureau I seen that I am not the only person who has suffered at your dealership. I don’t know how you stay in business when you treat your customers so horribly!
