Our experience was great. RJ contacted us quickly after we express an interest on the Internet and e-mailed us a price on the model we were interested in. We decided on the Highlander and Tom was with us through the entire process, explaining everything and answering all of our questions. In a little over 3 hours we had traded our van and was on the way home in our new Highlander. We could not have been more pleased with out experience.
