I was going in for a typical oil change and my tires were hitting the 50k mark and needed to be changed. Requested a specific brand & mode tire quote from the dealer. The quote was reasonably close to the n hitting the 50k mark and needed to be changed. Requested a specific brand & mode tire quote from the dealer. The quote was reasonably close to the nearby tire places for the same brand and model. Called the dealer back to confirm quote and they could put the same brand/model tire on the car. I did the evening drop off and wrote on the envelop to please replace tires with the specific brand and model. And if there were any issues to call. After receiving notification that the car was complete, went to pick it up. A totally different tire was on the vehicle. Totally unacceptable. More
