Phenominal experience with Steve & Elite Autobrokers I have bought probably 50 cars in my life for me, and I am the one in my extended family who the others bring to the dealer when they buy. Against tha I have bought probably 50 cars in my life for me, and I am the one in my extended family who the others bring to the dealer when they buy. Against that backdrop, I am here to tell you Elite and Steve are top notch. Steve spent 2/3 of his day helping me look at options all over the type and price spectrum. He patiently “no pressure” waited, and was a pleasure to deal with. Negotiating with them was a snap. No hurry up and wait or grind you down. Simple quick yes nos, respectfully delivered. There isn’t much to negotiate; they don’t give much ground (their starting prices are very low). But it was refreshing to have no pressure people who didn’t use delay and exhaustion tactics all too common in the industry. I look forward to buying my next car from Elite, and would not heaitate to send my 70+ year old mon, shy brother or any friend there. 10/10 XD More

There is never any pressure to buy, but if you do decide to buy they make it so easy, you won't spend hours waiting for finance or running different scenarios. The finance (Dean) and sales team (Ben) work closely together to give you the scenarios you ask for and prepare you to buy your new car. During both my car buying experiences I think I spent less than an hour in the dealership and everything was prepped for me. I would highly recommend that if they have a car in stock you are interested in using this dealership. You will be amazed at how easy the process is and it makes buying a car enjoyable. Both times I have bought a car my salesperson (Ben Berman, highly recommended) point out the strengths and weaknesses of the car. He also explained the package that the used car has and how that compares to other options he actually knew much much more about the car than any other BMW salesperson I've dealt with.
