He let me look at the cars and ask questions before narrowing down a few options. His extensive knowledge helped for a smooth transition from looking to purchasing. I was still a little hesitant and he told me he'd do more research on hat specific car and would call me later. By that night I was sold. Went in he next day to pick it up. All because of Ben. Seriously no hassling, no pushing. Just respect, space, and knowledge. And an amazing selection of cars!! Please don't go anywhere else. You won't regret it More

Would recommend, but concerned about car maintenance I recently purchased BMW X5 Diesel but didn't like it, called and talked with Dean and he worked with me to get a BMW X5 Gas. Both cars are in great I recently purchased BMW X5 Diesel but didn't like it, called and talked with Dean and he worked with me to get a BMW X5 Gas. Both cars are in great shape and well kept. My only concern is if they really pay attention to the service. The first car after purchase I didn't even have 24 hours and the check engine light came on, they told me to take to dealer. The check engine light came on 2 more times, in one week. BMW Dealer finally found the issue and fixed it. The second car that was swapped after less than a week of having the car (Sunday) the over due service light came on, and the low oil light. I understand the cars are from auction and may sit, but since they are under manufacture warranty, as a courtesy to their customers they should have all cars checked out at BMW dealer before selling. I've driven more loaner cars than the actual car I've paid for. The owner seems to think it's not a big deal for the customer to take to dealer, but it's really a hassle as it's not always easy to get a loaner car. With all that said I would buy another car from this dealer, but I'll be more diligent about the maintenance before I take it home. More

Great Customer Service I recently purchased a 2003 Mercedes Benz SL500. My purchase was done based on Photos and Dealer Advertisement. I live in NJ and did not have the time to fly over and personally inspect the car. I had the car transported to my house from Gaithersburg, MD. When the car arrived there were some minor issues that concerned me, but once I expressed them with the dealership, they immediately corrected my concerns and made it right. I am very happy with their Honesty and Customer service. It was all an honest oversight on there part but they made it right. The people at the dealer that I dealt with were: Dean Holmburg and Moshe Bregman. They are 2 very Honest gentleman. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in search of a great car. More

While the vehicle from Elite was accident free with a clean title. He didn’t even push me to buy the vehicle. I returned the next day and he gave me a fair trade in and financing so I took delivery of my E350 and been happy with it so far. Needlessly to say their positive reviews are legit and warranted, I will be going there again in the future. The best experience I have ever had buying a car! From the first day I walked into their dealer I was greeted by Arturo with a smile, super humble and friendly as well as the receptionist. I knew what I was looking for and not even 10 minutes later I was test driving one of the cars that I was interested in. After I was done test driving the car I had a friend of mine ask a few questions in regards to the car for me over the phone and instead of Arturo answering he introduced me to Moshe the president of the company which was super nice as well and had him speak to my friend to answer any questions he had so I can be more at ease with my purchase. After that I told them that I will get back to them once I think things through. I left and I felt very good about their service and the best thing of all NO HARD SALE! I then called the next day spoke to Dean which helped me through my loan and financing and once again made it so easy with no hassle. I submitted my application online and then Dean called me right back with a settlement that I was very happy with. I'm very busy in my line of work and I can tell you Dean did everything on the phone and online and when I went back for the second time, it was to sign paper work, pick up my car and keys and I was done and out in 20 mints. All I can tell you from a woman's point of view I would recommend Elite Auto Brokers to everyone if they want honest, professional and trustworthy business from a place where they have great quality cars, fantastic prices and has no HARD SALES at all! I did my research between the car I wanted and the background of the company and I made the right decision to go through with them. I have friends that own dealerships in VA in MD but I'm huge on great costumer service and honest business and friends and business is not always a good mixed even if I save a few bucks.
