I submitted a pre-approval/loan application with CarWise Gurnee and never received any response, feedback, or follow-up regarding my application. Despite this, they ran multiple hard credit inquiries, which Gurnee and never received any response, feedback, or follow-up regarding my application. Despite this, they ran multiple hard credit inquiries, which now negatively impact my credit score. I tried calling to get clarification—no one answered or returned my calls. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and makes me seriously question the handling of my personal information. At this point, whether I was approved or declined is irrelevant—it feels like my identity was mishandled or even stolen. Extremely unprofessional and deeply concerning experience. I would not recommend doing business with them. More
