They didn't wait for a letter to be sent My Nissan Murano had a recall and the Nissan dealership in Bergenfield handled it professionally and quickly. They didn't wait for a letter to be sent my way-they proactively called me, informed me of the recall and said they wanted to get ahead of the letter in the mail, made an appointment and had a courtesy call to ensure the appointment was still conveneint for me. The minor repair was handled quickly. I have to say I have had past cats from different brands e.g. Honda and Ford and neither company has ever handled a repair or recall so swiftly or kindly as Nissan did. I have received this great customer service since day one of buying my car-makes me only want to consider Nissan for future purchases and work with the Bergenfield dealership. I don't recall the names of all those we interacted with to give them the proper credit due. More
