Horrible People! I was shopping for a used car for my son. My husband and I went to see a car and Mario helped us. We went back a second time with my son and after s I was shopping for a used car for my son. My husband and I went to see a car and Mario helped us. We went back a second time with my son and after sitting down to discuss the price with Mario and Steve, the car was out of our budget when the added motor vehicle fees, doc fee and service/detailing fee of $650.00 were included. We left the dealership and Mario called us when we were in the car. He said the Boss would give us the car, but we needed to give a deposit. The price was only good for one day because it was Columbus Day! I called and gave a deposit over the phone. I explained we would be away for a few day and would get the car the following week. Two days later Mario called and said that his Manager sold the car by mistake. We had a deposit on the car and they sold it! Really!! It is now two weeks and I still don't have my refund. More

They always try to add $3000 to every deal, one person will tell you one thing and then the F & I guy will tell you another. Loads of B.S hidden unscrupulous fees, As you're talking to someone who works there, they'll say " be right back, have to check on something" and out they go to smoke. They don't keep their word, even when it's written on the Buyer's Order, they'll also try to swindle you out of your refundable deposit for weeks on end. In summary, this is a real low-life dealership, no wonder there wasn't anyone in the showroom the 3 times i went in there. STAY AWAY they are sleazy and rude to boot More
