The worst experience I have ever had! Do not use this dealership. They kept me there for seven hours and promised me a certain car at a certain price! When I refused to pay the higher price they said ok the price we quoted would stand and then they sent me to the finance guy who added on all kinds of fees! When I said I refused to sign the drew up the paper work as we had agreed. Two days later they called me and said the paperwork was wrong and the bank would not finance the loan unless I came back in to sign new paper work! When I called to tell them that the temporary plates were expiring they told me to come in to get the new plates but when I went in they said there was a problem registering the vehicle so they gave me a note to keep in the car stating that the dealership was trying to register and get new plates. Finally I got the new plates. Two months later I noticed that there was no inspection sticker on the vehicle! When I brought in the car for service I asked them about the sticker! They said you have to have a sticker and could be issued a ticket for not having one. I asked the service people to put a sticker on the car and they said no you have to go back to sales. Sales finally put a sticker on the car, however I noticed the sticker expires 4/12 not 4/21 so the inspection sticker is expired. When I called and let them know they asked me to come back(for the 7th time) so I asked what their hours were. They told me 9:00 AM so I went back at that time no one could find the correct inspection sticker! The salesman I worked with has also left the dealership! Save yourself the headaches and choose another dealer! More
Follow visit for repair Repair was only suppose to take 1 hour. After 2 hours and then questioning why so long and was told anothet repair had to be done?? Also service Dept computer did not have correct date of sale on their system and had no info on one to one reward program even after I showed them current statement. Unexpected Issue I had an issue with my engine belt. The thing shredded into three pieces. Not having bought my truck from Elite Nissan and being very far from, my hom I had an issue with my engine belt. The thing shredded into three pieces. Not having bought my truck from Elite Nissan and being very far from, my home dealership, I was concerned that I would encounter a big hassle. Quite the opposite. Mike the reception guy, was very helpful and demonstrated a high level of concerned for me. The service department and the techs took care of whatever needed fixing, not only driving out to get the proper parts but checking and correcting other parts of the truck that may have been affected. My new leased Vehicle 2016 SV Sentra also needed another issue checked the car allows me to lock the keys in the vehicle and the trunk; the Service Manager checked it but he told me I need to bring it back in on a weekday to see another tech. And he offered to give me a loaner car if I need to leave it. So yes I am very pleased with Bergenfield Elite Nissan. More
