On October 28, II took my van for warranty work at noon. I told the advisor to text me if they need the van overnight. NOBODY contacted me so my wife end I had to get a hotel since we live 98 miles away. T I told the advisor to text me if they need the van overnight. After several texts BEGGING for an update, advisor finally responded at 12:55 and said he would contact the tech. Again I texted several times for updates and finally got a response at 2:55. The van hadn’t been worked on so I told him to stop everything and I will pick up my van. He also stated that they have not diagnosed the van yet. I was so upset and disappointed. I picked up the van at 4:00 and advisor told me that they did a physical inspection and found nothing. They could not proceed any further since I was taking the van. I practically waisted 2 days and a lot of texts and anxiety. They were supposed to look at it on Tuesday when I set up my appointment. Never going there again!. More

It seems like each time I come in for service, something doesn't get done. This last time, I had an oil change and a tire rotation (supposedly). I purchased 4 new tires from this dealership a couple years a doesn't get done. This last time, I had an oil change and a tire rotation (supposedly). They registered at the same level as when I had taken my truck in (below 40). Just disappointing because it's never inexpensive. More
