I bought my car in 2017 and purchased a warranty that
allows me to pay $50 for repairs. I had to have 3 repairs done to my car and each time I have to argue with the service department because they don’t

Last time I was in, something had gone wrong with my air conditioner, heater and fan. I had to wait a month, in the hot weather and health issues before they even had an appointment to get me in. They had my car for two days and told me a piece of foam was stuck in the fan, and isn’t covered u dear the warranty and had me pay $200! I think the piece of foam got in the air conditioner fan the previous time I had gone in for service. There was no explanation of how this random piece of foam got into my air conditioning fan. I am not happy that it wasn’t under my warranty because I shouldn’t have to pay for some thing that wasn’t my fault. I truly believe the foam came from their negligence when they did a recall a week or so before the air conditioning broke.I would love to be able to trust them with my car needs, but I don’t.
