I also worked with Mike Lagandaon in finance. He was very easy to talk with and made signing documents almost enjoyable. He made sure I understood what was going on. He was also very nice and polite. I also had dealings with Rod Kiehm, who was also very nice, helpful and knowledgable. I spoke with Rod on the phone and also at the end when we took delivery of the car. It was a nice time spent at the dealership because I was made to feel important and cared for. More

He and the finance manager cut to the chase explained thing swiftly, full and expedited the process and got me on the road just in time for my dinner date with my lovely wife who was hosting the event.
