After she found out we were comparing the Forester, the RAV4 and the CRV, she gave us everything we needed to know about the Forester to help us to decide which car we want to purchase. She gave us a professional presentation, there was no preassure at all, and she was very friendly. Michelle did a wonderful job. We didn't even have to check out the Toyata or Honda dealership. The whole experience with the test drive, closing the deal and finance took less than three hours. This was the best new car purchase experience I ever had! More

I initially placed an order for a premium model, and later wanted to change to a limited model. Mike was able to switch my order with no hassle and provided constant communication on my order status. The car even ended up arriving 2 weeks earlier than expected, and he fast tracked the detail process so I could pick up my car within a few hours of it arriving. There were no surprises on the quoted price, options selected, or anything else. Great communication, customer service, and integrity demonstrated through the whole process.
