I initially placed an order for a premium model, and later wanted to change to a limited model. Mike was able to switch my order with no hassle and provided constant communication on my order status. The car even ended up arriving 2 weeks earlier than expected, and he fast tracked the detail process so I could pick up my car within a few hours of it arriving. There were no surprises on the quoted price, options selected, or anything else. Great communication, customer service, and integrity demonstrated through the whole process. He made sure I understood how the engine and drive train were unique and why they were good options for my planned usage of the car. He also made sure I understood how to operate the various components in the car. Negotiations of the final price was fair. The car was perfectly detailed when I picked it up. However, after talking with their sales rep (Tareq) and test driving a car I was interested in, I realized that I was getting more "vehicle", at a better price, than I expected. Mike Carlson assisted us in finding the Outback having color & features we wanted. He answered my many questions clearly & with infinite patience & good humor. It took about 2 hours to complete all paperwork, have a tutorial of features, etc. He even showed us how to interface our cell phone with the car's Blue Tooth. All went smoothly. Brandon Vaughn, finance, covered all the additional options available for purchase without making us feel pressured to get any more than we wanted. Very much appreciate that. Only suggestion is to have the options available for review before we went to pick up the car. We possibly would have chosen to purchase some if we had time to research the advantages. More
