Tareq our sales man was Awesome!!! He had all the answers to our question and if he didn't he found them out. He was able to locate the very car we were wanting and we were able to walk out with a great car and a great experience. Jeremy was great walking us through all the paper work and we couldn't have had a better person to work with. Everyone there is on the job and were friendly and caring. Received a response the same day from Pam Verduzco, both via email and phone call. We set an appointment for the following Tuesday, then changed our minds and went one day earlier. We had already discussed the possibility of trade in, and had an idea of what they would offer. When we got there, the car we were interested in, 2015 Subaru Forester, was standing ready for our test drive! We already had an "out the door" price from Pam, plus when they checked out our trade in we were very happy with what they offered us, so it was all good. Great experience with both Pam and Mike the finance guy. Love our new car. More

We were looking to replace our 2010 Subaru Outback which had been totaled in a accident. The price we finally settled on for the new vehicle was fair and not a stretch for us. Both our salesman, Tareq Kabbani, and the Financial Manager, Jeremy Remillard, were helpful, courteous, solicitous, and reasonable. It helped that the car we were looking for was in stock. This was not true with other dealers we to which we looked. Additionally, the salesroom was comfortable and a pleasant place in which to do business. The whole experience lasted just over four hours: not bad when we drove away with the new car we were looking for. More

First Subie Purchase our first Suburu ever, 2015 Forester XT. The wife and I went to ELk Grove Suburu to check out the Foresters and Outbacks. The Salesperson ask Purchase our first Suburu ever, 2015 Forester XT. The wife and I went to ELk Grove Suburu to check out the Foresters and Outbacks. The Salesperson asked if we can come back tomorrow since they were already technically closed. We asked if we can just look at the lot and he said yes. A few minutes later, that sales person brought over another salesperson who was waiting on his customers that were with the finance department and he showed us the cars we were interested in while waiting for them. We ended up purchasing that night. Tareq, our salesperson went above and beyond with his customer service along with his manager and finance manager. Very friendly and no pressure. More

Best car buying experience imaginable I bought a new crosstrek and worked with Alan. We worked on this deal over the phone for awhile. He was awesome.
