After contacting 6 dealerships, I decided to go with Elk Grove Subaru as they offered me the best price to start with and didn't mess around, beating out the other dealerships. I worked with Dawn Weldy, she's brand new to the company, but I appreciated her honesty and that she went above and beyond to get to know the specific vehicle I was interested in before I came in. Bruce was also a huge help as he took Dawn and I through the process as it was her first sale. I don't usually do reviews like this, but I did this time, because I really feel like they deserve it. Zach Hall and the special financing department worked to get me a 2013 Forester with a payment I could handle. And the process was the most simple car buying experience I could ever ask for- virtually no pressure. After rebuilding my credit, I was looking to get a lower interest rate and possibly trade in for a more upgraded model. Working with Mike Carlson, I was able to trade in my 2013 base model for a 2015 upgraded model for almost the same price and a dramatically lower interest rate. And again- easiest car buying experience ever. I don't think I'll ever buy a car anywhere else!! More

Worth the Two Hour Drive My wife and I researched cars for three months before deciding on a Subaru BRZ. We obtained quotes from at least four different dealerships, and Elk Grove Subaru was BY FAR the best deal (beating even TrueCar by almost $1,000). Bruce Cunningham, from the Internet Sales Department, was a pleasure to work with, answering all emails within 24 hours of sending (and often within an hour). Our particular desired vehicle was in transit from Japan, and Bruce kept us apprised every step of the way. We showed up for our purchase, were treated with respect, and had an ideal purchase experience. We did finance the vehicle, and worked with Brandon Vaughn to do so. Brandon was amazing to work with, not pushy with add-ons in any way, and capped off a great day! If we ever purchase a Subaru again (likely), we are contacting Elk Grove Subaru first. Just a Relaxed Day at the Elk Grove Subaru My husband and I decided to upgrade my little VW convertible…time to grow up. I set my eye on the Subaru Outback and started searching. Filled out an internet request with Elk Grove Subaru with all my upgrades and received an email within the hour. The quoted price was actually very close to a used one that I had tagged on the Carmax site. We called Pam Verduzco and the start of our smooth purchase began. From the moment we walked in for our 11:00 appointment, test drove a beauty and sat down with Pam we were impressed. The entire experience was top notch and we had no second guessing or worries about what the price was going to be. We received the best care and attention from Mark Carlson who got our paperwork wrapped up and we were driving home by 2:00pm! Both Pam and Mark made us feel important. I can't thank them enough for a great day and I LOVE MY SUBARU!!! This is the first time I have owned one and it won't be the last for sure. More
