At first I was skeptical because of our nasty experience with the other dealer, and I wasn't sure Mike could come through as promised. Not only did he come through, he got me a better Outback than I asked for and for a great price. He made the negotiation process easy and all I had to do was show up and sign documents. Mike works with your budget and makes deals happen so that all parties are happy. Even though it was a 1.5 hour drive to get to him, I would do it all over again and recommend that any one in the Bay Area go to Elk Grove Subaru first! The facility is very nice and everyone we dealt with was genuinely friendly at all times. I had decided to get custom leather seats installed which meant I had to bring the car back and the loaner process with Enterprise was as a snap and Matt Cole was also amazing to work with. You just feel like they WANT your business and that everyone there seems happy to work there! I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Subaru. More
