I dropped by Elk Grove Subaru and met Rob and he took me on a great test-drive to show off the Crosstrek. One thing lead to another and I ended up being in the Forester instead. Mike Carlson was a great point of contact online to talk about deals and Mike Kim was fantastic to talk to and work out the right deal for me and my father. Everyone here was incredibly courteous and understanding of our terms and ultimately we left this dealership in a fantastic car for a fantastic deal. The Easiest Car Purchase with Outstanding Customer Service My husband and I were just stopping by for me to test drive the new 2015 Subaru WRX this past weekend. We had been looking at new cars to trade in my My husband and I were just stopping by for me to test drive the new 2015 Subaru WRX this past weekend. We had been looking at new cars to trade in my 328i BMW for and I was hesitant on not getting another BMW, but my husband was insistent on my test driving different makes and models. We wondered the lot for about ten minutes just looking and then met Gavin McPoil. We test drove the new car and I instantly fell for it. I do not know how I converted from a BMW to a Subaru, but I was sold the second I test drove one. Once I test drove the car I fell in love with the speed, look and comfort of the car. Gavin went above and beyond to track down a Pearl White 6-speed with moon roof for me as I was not budging on color and 6-speed. Gavin was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all key features to us. They offered us an amount that was acceptable for my BMW with a great price for the new car. We came back the next day to get the car once it had arrived and worked with Jeremy on finance documents and DMV documents. It was a smooth process from start to finish with no sleazy sales tactics or pushy sales. Both gentlemen were very down to earth and easy to talk with. I would HIGHLY recommend Gavin to anyone who is searching for a new car and Jeremy was very pleasant to work with in regards to completing the purchase. After the documents were completed Gavin helped us set up the new car and sync our iPhones. I really miss my BMW, however I am becoming OBSESSED with this new car the more I drive it. Customer service has gone out the window at a lot of places, but definitely not here at Elk Grove Subaru. More
